The steel ultrasonic mold has the advantages of high hardness, high wear resistance, long service life, high stability and so on. The titanium alloy mould：With High hardness, high wear resistance, fast heat dissipation, light weight, low density and other features. When the same power ultrasonic wave is generated, under same volume, the ultrasonic transmission rate of titanium alloy mould is higher than that of the steel mold. Titanium mould can be said to combine many advantages of steel mould and aluminum mould.
